Pía is a Chef and restaurant owner based in Lima.

Pia’s cuisine is infused with color, reflecting indigenous ingredients in the diverse Peru region. All the way from the Pacific Ocean and the Amazonian forests, to the mountains, valleys and lakes of the Andes. Her cooking has achieved international recognition being named as the World's Best Female Chef in 2021.

Her restaurant Kjolle grows orange flowers, used to make infusions and textile dyes in vivid mandarine shades. Together with her team Pía creates a culinary experience which is as magical as the nature and culture of the country.
