Mariana Garibay Raeke
Mariana is an artist based in Mexico City. Impacted by living in between cities, cultures, and languages, she explores different ways we perceive the world with our bodies.
Through her interdisciplinary work, she questions felt and learned notions of identity or the boundaries of what constitutes the self. Ranging from installations, drawings or sculptures to photography, her practice expanded into The Language of Making. A workshop for anyone who wants to challenge their creative work. It is based on collective dialogues and written exercises, where participants explore the way we communicate through art.
